Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
